This is a great saw, it has taken everything I've thrown at it. Plenty of power for cross cutting 4x material and enough finesse for crown moulding.
It doesn't collect dust very well, whether attached to a dust collector or not,
This saw will not miter quite as far as some other saws (Bosch,Milwaukee) but this has not really held me back. I have had good luck with Freud blades for larger wood. I haven't really use this saw for that much trim work, as it is heavy and not very pleasant to carry. I find this saw can be a little tiring on my wrist, due to the vertical style handle, which is somewhat relieved by using it on a lower bench.
Would I buy another? Maybe, I would have to look long and hard at the new Milwaukee (6955-20) before I made that choice.
